Impermanence is inescapable, yet many of us spend our lives running away from it. We may avoid thinking about death, struggle against aging and change, or hold tightly to the identities and circumstances that give us a sense of security.

But avoiding death does not free us from fear. Instead, that fear can quietly shape the way we live. What if we turned toward death rather than looking away — and began to see the truth of our impermanence not only as an ending, but as a profound opening and a powerful teacher?

By examining why death frightens us, and what that fear reveals, we can begin to understand mortality as an invitation to question our assumptions, deepen our awareness, and live more fully now.

In this free live webinar, Andrew Holecek will offer a glimpse into the insights and practices at the heart of Waking Up to Death, his new in-depth online course from Lion’s Roar. He’ll explore how our fear of death is connected to deeper uncertainties about who we are and the nature of reality — and how bringing awareness to death can begin to change our relationship with fear, loss, and life itself.

This one-hour live webinar includes:

• A live teaching with Andrew Holecek

• An introductory guided practice

• A live Q&A with participants

• A recording sent to everyone who registers
