About Jon Kabat-Zinn

Founder of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and professor emeritus at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Jon Kabat-Zinn is the trailblazer behind the American mindfulness movement.

Jon, author of Full Catastrophe Living, Wherever You Go, There You Are, Coming to Our Senses, and Mindfulness for Pain Relief, among other books, brings six decades of experience practicing and teaching mindfulness.
