These sessions draw from Lion’s Roar’s workshops with experienced Buddhist and mindfulness meditation teachers, offering practical tools for working with challenges like overwhelm, anxiety, anger, habit patterns, and relational reactivity — helping you reconnect with awareness, compassion, and wisdom in everyday life.
