Over 21 days, you’ll receive a brief teaching or guided practice in your inbox — designed to fit easily into your life while offering meaningful depth.

These sessions draw from Lion’s Roar’s workshops with experienced Buddhist and mindfulness meditation teachers, offering practical tools for working with challenges like overwhelm, anxiety, anger, habit patterns, and relational reactivity — helping you reconnect with awareness, compassion, and wisdom in everyday life.

Practice Together Each Week

Join your program hosts, Sharon Suh and Beth Wallace, each week for a live one-hour session of teachings, guided practice, and Q&A.

These gatherings offer a chance to deepen your practice and share the experience with others participating in the 21-day challenge.

Recordings will be available for anyone who can’t attend live.

Sharon Suh

Sharon Suh, PhD, is professor of theology and religious studies at Seattle University. She teaches in the areas of Buddhism, race and gender; and mindfulness and trauma. She serves as president of Sakyadhita International Association of Buddhist Women.

Beth is a certified mindfulness teacher of over 10 years, bringing warmth, frankness, and an empowering approach to meditation practice. As Lion’s Roar’s associate publisher and a longtime practitioner, she’s very much a part of our shared community, bringing an understanding of the dharma to everything she does.
