Paulina Lamas Morales

Paulina Lamas Morales is the Co-founder and Director of Instituto Felicidad Sustentable, an organization dedicated to contemplative sciences and practices. She is a clinical psychologist graduated from Universidad Central de Chile and holds extensive academic and professional expertise in mindfulness and compassion.

She earned a Master’s Degree in Mindfulness from the University of Zaragoza, Spain, and a Master’s in Psychology Research from UNIR, Spain. Currently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology at the University of Zaragoza, focusing on contemplative sciences.

Paulina is certified in Compassion-Based Contemplative Psychotherapy from the Nalanda Institute (USA) and in Mindful Eating from The Center for Mindful Eating (USA). She is also a meditation and mindfulness instructor and a devoted practitioner of the Buddhist tradition.

With over a decade of experience in teaching, clinical practice, and meditation, Paulina’s work integrates scientific and philosophical perspectives to develop educational and therapeutic programs. Her mission is to promote sustainable well-being through the convergence of science and contemplation.
