About the Live Teaching
Beth, who became certified as a mindfulness teacher over 10 years ago, training with Diana Winston, brings warmth, frankness, and an empowering approach to meditation practice. And, as Lion’s Roar’s associate publisher and a longtime practitioner, she’s very much a part of our shared community, bringing an understanding of the dharma to everything she does.
Plus, for Lion’s Roar members: a talk by Beth on cultivating kindness and positive change and as you continue into the new year. That’s on Thursday, January 21.
