Q: I paid for digital access as part of my subscription. What does this include?A: Your digital subscription includes access to the mobile app with all available back issues in the app (beginning March 2015). The mobile app is compatible with iOS tablets and smartphones, and most Android devices. Digital subscribers also have access to the PDF magazine library that includes over 10 years of our magazine archive, available in your preferred browser.
Q: How do I access my digital subscription?A: Please use the email address and password you provided when placing your order to access your digital subscription via the Lion’s Roar mobile app and PDF archive. Issues prior to March 2016 are titled “Shambhala Sun” – the previous name of Lion’s Roar magazine.
- Visit the App Store or Google Play to download the Lion’s Roar app on tablet or mobile device. Sign in and you can download all available issues.
- The online PDF archive is available at: archive.lionsroar.com. Bookmark it in your browser for easy access.
Q: I am a print subscriber. Does it include digital access?A: A print-only subscription does not include free access to the digital edition at this time.
Q: I’m a print subscriber. Can I transfer my print subscription to be a digital subscription instead?A: Yes. Please contact customer support at 1-877-786-1950 to discuss your subscription options.

HAVING TROUBLES ACCESSING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE LION’S ROAR APP?
I purchased my subscription from Apple.With a subscription purchased from the App Store, you do not need to sign in to access your subscription. If you’re having trouble accessing your issues, please tap the setting icon in the upper right-hand corner of the app library and select “Restore Purchases” from the service options.
I purchased my subscription from Lion’s RoarYou can recover your password by signing in to manage your subscription profile. You’ll be asked to enter one of the following in order to access your account:
- Subscription Account # and Zip/Postal Code
- Email Address and Zip/Postal Code
- Name and Mailing Address
