The art installation, titled “Floating Echo,” is the work of Korean-born artist Chang-Jin Lee and will float in the river from now until March 3, 2013. According to a recent piece in the New York Times by Sharon Otterman, people are definitely taking notice of Floating Echo, like 25 year-old Brian Polanco:

“In the background, you see the whole entire city, and he’s just quietly sitting on the water. It puts some perspective on things.”
