Halifax-based writer John DeMont’s work has appeared in many newspapers and magazines including The Financial Times, Men’s Journal, The Walrus and Maclean’s, where he worked for 15 years. His seventh book, The Long Way Home: A Personal History of Nova Scotia, will be published in October 2017.
