How RAIN Meditation Calms Anxiety on the Spot

Day 4: Experience a complete RAIN practice combining grounding techniques, emotional awareness, wise self-talk, and compassionate nurturing to transform your relationship with anxious feeling.

Guided Body Scan and Breath Practice

Day 3: Experience a complete 10-minute guided meditation focusing on body scanning, diaphragmatic breathing, and the core skill of noticing thoughts without getting caught in their storylines, always returning to the anchor of breath.

How Mindfulness Helps Us Meet Stress and Change

Day 2: Explore how small stressors accumulate, the fragmentation of identity under pressure, and why even precinct commanders burn out after two years when creativity and problem-solving abilities decline — and how to counter these challenges.
